"Bright Star" (09/18) marks Jane Campion's first film since the bizarre 2003 thriller "In the Cut," which I've tried to love several times but have repeatedly failed. This lovely image is hope that Campion's latest, a suitably poetic Keats biopic that received rapturous reception at its Cannes premiere, is assurance enough that this one won't be a challenge to love.
